Hoki (from New Zealand)is better - it tastes the same and isn't endangered. You can get Hoki fish fingers now, too.

oooooh yes.Fish is a tricky business right now. Overfishing in lots of places - there's still fish out there but it's a question of population stability.

Extremely endangered.It amuses me that fishermen always object to the idea of the EU restricting Cod Fishing to preserve stocks, saying it will cost people their livelihood.
