you can open PDFs in illustrator
then convert to CAD, if that helps?

do you use AutoCAD?
our PDF's are adobe yes. we receive them in Adobe and they 100% cannot be converted to CAD format.

Edit: this cannot be edited in CAD format once received in PDF.
