he posted it about work an he tagged it.. what can I say other than sorry it won't happen again, and technically it didn't happen in the first place as it was my account but not my jiggery pockery of the image.

I've taken the blame, said sorry, I will lock my pc when i walk away from it in the future... ok?

its not hard to do a two minute shop job and then post it you know.
