i think i know why m3ss3ng3r is down.
my friend runs an isp and apparantly at half 5 this morning a worm was sent out which exploits a hole in sql severs which haven't been patched. about 30mb of transfers are being generated per second, i'm told. which is why half the internet has fallen over.

that is both interesting and informative! (i know that could possibly sound a bit sarcastic, but trust me it wasn't.) i hope your friend doesn't get too much stick from her customers!
