
i dont let them wander 5ft away from me when out and when there playing in the garden i check more frequently that 30 bloody minutes.

100 yards away from where I'm sitting is the A1. Any parent round here wouldn't let kids that age out of their sight for 30 seconds, let alone 30 minutes.

is that girls are never allowed to wander by themselves by (over)protective parents.
You must realize that checking on them every 30 min is as efficient as a liquid ban on airplanes (i.e. it only makes sense under the assumption that all wrongdoings are "casual" and never properly planned)
