Yeah, bindun (missed it... plops), but on closer inspection my version (displayed on me website since 2004) has exactly the same set of ASCII characters in it but is, erm, higher-resolution..!

with my minimal understanding of ascii art, wouldn't it be within the realms of conceiveability for two people to use the same characters for the same part of the image in order to achieve the same end effect?

Yep - that's what I meant. We both used the same generator (ASCGEN.exe) from the same source photo (the 320 x 240 jpeg from page 1 of Google images) with the same settings!
I was going to do that old-time music hall star Eric "Muggins 'ere" Unicode, but this was easier.
In future, I'll make sure I'm arsed to check ALL the back-pages of a compo before posting again.
