I had a chat with the HR lady yesterday and she said that she had to specify that it could theoretically lead to firing me because they have to stress the importance of the meeting.
I have been a lot better with everything the last couple of months so hopefully that will stand me in good stead.

If you look at my performance two to three months ago, they definitely had a case - but since then I've improved hugely, so hopefully this will result in my employment being confirmed.
