# ah great
me an the missus were thinking just the other day that there should be more fairies
(, Tue 19 Jun 2007, 12:16, archived)
# There should.
There's a fairy, a witch, an old granny, and bright purple cat.

Well, it ends up purple. I'm only on chapter two at the moment. It's going to end up probably about 7000 words- that's not bad for a kiddies book, is it?

# sounds good to me

I started a comic strip once about a cross dressing fairy called "Fairy Nuff".

# A children's book with questionable moral lessons?
Please say yes.
(, Tue 19 Jun 2007, 12:18, archived)
# Oh yes, it's a cautionary tale.
I bet you'll never leave the fairy palace without letting mummy and daddy fairy know ever again after reading it.

# so am i,
but only when i'm bored.
it's about an aardvark and it may infact not be for children because it contains too many violence.

# Is he a gangster aardvark?
(, Tue 19 Jun 2007, 12:25, archived)
# not at all.
he's a lumberjack. but he kills bad persons with his axe and later on with a chainsaw. as it should be.
(, Tue 19 Jun 2007, 12:28, archived)
# Well yes.
I can see how it's more of an adult tale though.
(, Tue 19 Jun 2007, 12:29, archived)
# well, there is no sex in it.
just nudity, as all animals wear only jackets (the ladies wear dresses)
(, Tue 19 Jun 2007, 12:34, archived)
