I don't know dick about Flash, but you could export it un-optimised and tweak it in imageready..

Flash is great for optimising prime colours that that you actually make in flash (into gifs) like this one ..( theinvisablemanatb3ta.googlepages.com/balls64.gif ) but I'v not had a lot of luck when it comes to optimising photo type gif animations.....love the kitties though....!!
