# just thinking about the phrase 'light my fire'
how can you light a fire?

Shouldn't the song be, 'Come on baby, light my twigs?'

That would be more more accurate. Hence better.

EDIT: Infact, the whole lyrics could be

Come on baby light my twigs
I want to smoke some cigs
I want to cook some pigs
Come on baby light my twigs!

# *gets fire*
*shines torch at it*

One lit fire.

# er
no.
One lights a fire, one sets fire(or light) to twigs - but unless one has a torch, one doesn't light twigs.

# yes, but if you ask someone to light your twig,
you may well get a kick in the berries.

# 're-light my fire'
is even more problematic.

# hehehe
i don't know why but that reminds me of "take on me" by aha

# ok,
THAT is silly.

Take on me
Take me on
I'll be gone
