# That's a point.

If you're undead, an STI won't kill you, but would you still suffer all the symptoms?

# Why wait for vampirism?

# You keep hearing about vampires surviving the burbonic plague
and they get eternal youth, so I would I guess that vampire's bodies are stuck in the point of time they became vampires, more or less (the whole molecular structure would be operating on different rules, nothing would decay internally either, so there's some fortitude there, but you also get to do stuff like eat so your organs do keep some of their original functions).

This was not my initial interest in vampire sex though. I was just more interested in the facilitated "ghost busting" possibilities.

# I heard their hearts don't beat, so the blood doesn't circulate, either.

Cellular regeneration would rule out infection, I guess.
