# I really wish they hadn't released it atall.
Then we wouldn't have to see things like that, it makes me feel terrible.

# I used to have rabbits,
so I have a soft spot for them.
My first was called Henny, my sister's was called Fiona, and my second one was called Bit, but they keps getting out, so we RSPCA'd them.

I still have the guinea pig, though, named Pig.

# Pig was a very apt name
I too was an owner of rabbits.

We had 1 that got taken by a cat as a youngster.
Another got fucked up by the same cat and died.

Scamper and Bobtail lasted ages in their fortress of a cage. Succumbing only to old age and a lack of life.

# Henny and Fiona got through the hedge and into the next neighbourhood,
and we got rid of them.
Years and years later, after we moved house twice, (we're taking almost a decade) we got Bit and Pig (Bit is also an apt name) and Bit was a vicious little shit, and kept scratching us. In the end, we moved again and put up a fence, left the cage open and left them to be wild in the garden. Bit found her way out of the fence and up the road to eat veg in Charlie's garden, Charlie almost killed it, but wouldnt' because it was too cute for him, so we caught her in a net, put her in a cage and sent her away. We still have Pig, who is living in fear of the Jack Russels.

I go out to say howdy to him every now and then, and I even brave sticking my hands into the midst of spiders to say hi. I think he appreciates that.
