I thought exactly that too. That's what I meant yesterday when I said I wasn't sure about the tone... what I was really trying to say was, I didn't know who it should be aimed at, people in on the joke, or the targets potential award recipients.

I'm going to be putting a domain/host together soon solely for storing and serving up my images, because my bandwidth is regularly getting caned and costing me money, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. So, I reckon some image hosting for the gifs might be really useful. Definitely something to bear in mind :)

I think in a way we have too many ideas, but that's a great problem to have.

Edit: as far as hosting the award gifs, no-one needs ftp access except you. You'll just up them on your server space, and that's about all we'll need.
