Personal opinions are allowed. It's OK to say 'I think Price is shit', it's not OK to say 'Prince is shit'*.

*Except when used to illustrate a point about libel laws, as done here.

you might be able to legally prove things like "Prince steals other people's lyrics" or "Prince doesn't write his own stuff", but not just his general shitness.
