i've just bought an alarm clock that is designed for waking deaf people
its called the SONIC BOMB it's great! i used to have 3 alarm clocks and sleep through them all... but this thing shakes the bed!! as well as being rather somewhat loud (not 113db as described but more like 98dbish (at a guess))
