# i'd say you have a one-track mind, but you'd take it as a compliment
now show us your tits
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 22:51, archived)
# i don't have a one track mind..i often think about other things and then realise that thinking about them is utterly pointless and never going to happen
and after that i have a one track mind.
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 22:52, archived)
# the only problem with a one-track mind is sooner or later your wrist goes numb
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 22:57, archived)
# haha. i'm not that bad.

# Have you read Will World?
awesome Green Lantern book with even more awesome artwork from the late Seth Fisher
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 22:45, archived)
# Not sure. I've read most GL stuff from the past, um, 7 or 8 years, and the name rings a bell but it may be one I missed out on.
I'll check after the move, in between sorting through 12 months or so of 'unsorted' comics.

I'm a little more GL obsessed than usual, following the fantastic 'Sinestro Corps War' arc :D

# :)
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 22:54, archived)
# ah.
no. don't have that one. it is the one i thought it was though, so something's working in the brain.

or maybe i do have it.

i dunno.

have you seen the Alan Moore short story 'In Blackest Night?'. one of the cleverest GL stories i've read.
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 22:58, archived)
# YES
I seem to be gliding through wallpaper tonight :)
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 22:45, archived)

# yay!
the bestest of all the DC heroes ('part from bats natch)

anyone read the rebirth of hal jordan?
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 23:00, archived)
# Yup. See above comment on how much GL stuff I've got.
Rebirth was good, but the SC War was better.
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 23:04, archived)
# i've yet to read that
i've only just got into GL after reading Superman: red son and Rebirth. the pair made me fall in love with character of Hal Jordan. Have you read Kevin Smith's Green Arrow?
(, Sat 26 Jan 2008, 23:11, archived)
# yup
carried on reading GA after Smith left too.

in fact, i read about 50% of the DCU ongoing series and have done for the past 8 or 9 years. i drop stuff and pick up others from time to time, but seem to spend far too much on the damn things.

you'll also be wanting to read 'Emerald Dawn' and 'Emerald Twilight' then too.
