I think there are quite a lot of "terrorists" who would disagree.

and authors/speakers/politicians/psychologists etc who would agree

Or

You can kill more people with one sentence than you can with a suicide bomber.
But only if you're George Bush and that sentence is 'oooh that's a pretty button, I hope it's the 'bring me a burger' button...'

It's a hell of a lot easier to kill someone by shooting them than it is by shouting "Bang!" at them, though.

Most crack addicts are so young that their hearts are still quite strong.

I can't be a hippy
the car I most covet is an Aston Martin DB4. Or a '59 Cadillac Eldorado convertible.

I can't help it.
But I think God appreciates the difference between covetting a pretty car and stabbing someone up.

thow shall not covet thy neighbours ox
Don't want want others have got.
It's as much of a rule as not killing.

My neighbours haven't got an ox OR a db9. Nobody I know does.
I'm allowed to appreciate that something's beautiful.

Actually, anyone killed in the name of Christianity has been killed
by someone who's deliberately not paying attention to the ten commandments, namely the one that says 'DON'T KILL ANYONE'
I'm a Christian, you see. I've got the commandments down.

I know a few Christians (church going)
who use illegal software, listen to copied music, wish they had an iPhone, etc etc etc
Hypochritical wankers - most of them - not all, I'm sure you're perfect missy ;)
also, those commandments don't apply to the people who made them up, otherwise the crusades really wouldn't have happened.

I may listen to a bit of copied music
but it tends to be old stuff I have no chance of getting my mitts on. Or mashed-up songs that you can't get on CD.
It's naughty still, I know. But manwife and I are some of the only people I know that still buy albums and DVDs, instead of downloading.

I do too, but I'm in no way religious
You don't have to have a list of rules written down and a huge money making corporation that invests heavily in arms manufacturers in the name of god to be a good person ;)

Of course not.
But I'm not a Christian in terms of 'walking the walk' as I can do pretty much all of that anyway just trying to live as a good person. For me it's much more internal than that. And I really don't want to force it on others either, I'm probably the naughtiest little godbotherer there ever was, as my religion's only for me, it's not something I ever want to force on people. As long as you're nice that's all I care about.
As long as you're nice and you provide me with cream buns. And not the Van Wilder kind.
