It'll screw up your guts, but shouldn't cause blisters. Keep a food diary for a week or so, should help you to narrow it down, and it's better than cutting everything out and reintroducing it to try and work it out!

If you think it's wheat, cut it out for a week and see if you feel better - although this isn't much of a guide, as some people think that most people would feel better without it!

Most decent supermarkets these days have a good free-from section. Wheat free bread is a little stodgy as-is, but very nice toasted :)
