edit - infact i'm going to tear this to pieces for funsies

1 - "efficacy" wtf
2 - so it's too many cooks spoil the broth, however you can rectify this to a certain degree by keeping on adding more cooks until you actually develop a level of synergy within the team (bearing in mind I quite clearly have misread this one and therefore I now sound liek a prat)
3 - a rolling stone gather no moss (rounded down to the nearest 100)

although saying all this, most woosome for excellent hummus :p
