about a teaspoon each of coriander, cumin, nutmeg and cinnamon, a few cloves, peppercorns and cardamom pods, and about 6 cloves of garlic and similar amount of ginger.
Most of the body of the curry came from cooking lentils, aubergine, sweet potato and onion together.

But I did manage to have some roast chicken,mash,stuffing,gravy and roast tomatoes earlier im pretty sure thats digesting rather wonderfully
