I would appreciate a few more 'funny' pictures etc as I am going to add a 'B3TA Homage To Andrew' page at some point but need half a dozen or so more items to make it worthwhile. We did. I believe it went like this :1. Someone finds his site, posts it on board. Interest raises.
2. Everyone goes to his site, trawls it, finds his chat room.
3. Someone finds his phone number from directory enquiries, phones him at dinner time. He's not in, they try at work, he's not there.
4. In the evening, Fucked Company finds out, his chat room is flooded. an FCer phones him and makes contact.
5. AW comes to his chat room. Anarchy ensues. Most people wanting to have a chat with him, others being unnecessarily abusive. (I still have the logs of that chat).
AW leaves, Tina becomes a minor celeb and stays to chat for quite a while, as does AW when it got a lot quieter.
As AW was not rising to everyones goading, everyone gets bored.
AW site is pulled, claiming abusive emails and calls.
AW posts a bit on the board while people are getting less interested in an attempt (i suspect) to goad us a bit, to his amusement I expect.
AW does something to his site a few days ago, people still have it in their bookmarks - because after all, it was a funny website.
