# enough I would say for the time I spent on the image in question
so it's just down to ethics/dealing with the devil :)

# i say do it
you'll be saying to them "see? we are willing to let you publish our images if you pay and credit us".
and they will learn and grow.

# or on the other hand
they might claim that they've purchased the copyright to use the material and flog it on every available mousemat/mug/t-shirtwithhugefakeboobsin. For which he'll get nowt.

# so what
it's a five minute paintmash that I would otherwise leave in a folder gathering dust until I deleted it by accident. This is more than I would have achieved from it otherwise.

# well in that case
if you're not bothered how they'll use it, you might as well make some money out of it.

# exactly
and if you sell them the copyright knowingly, then they can do what they like
and if you don't, and they still use it for merchandise and stuff, you can sue their asses.

# I've told them I own no copyright of the photo bits involved
I claim no responsibility other than coming up with the humourous image. If they get sued by the original photographer thats their fault for printing it.
