i have too much on your mind, and the weirdness of it all made me sleepless too.

Friend of mine reckons that beer actually improves sleep, although only in moderation.

my flat's so cold that i ended up wheezing like a dying old man in the middle of the night. my girlfriend had to go and sleep in the living room thanks to that din combined with the deaf late-night tv addict upstairs. i now have that kind of sick feeling in my stomach that you get after sleepless overnight bus journeys and other terrible experiences.
but thanks for asking.

we too slept in the living room (b/f with bad back) which actually removed us from the deaf telly addicts downstairs, but unfortunately some people shouted a lot as they were coming out of the club opposite in the night, and the music then kept me awake. For a long time.

but the girl downstairs has a screechy voice.
It's okay, we've bought our sniper rifle, we're prepared for the next time she wakes us up on Saturday by singing along to the music she's got on top volume :)
Still, much much quieter than downstairs.
(You still running..?)
