he's getting that way, hanging out with dodgy irish woman
so frustrating watching heroes, to be continued... always a fucking to be continued!! funny how they took the annoying part of peter petrelli's character from last season - having increasingly awesome powers but not knowing what to do with them or how to use them, then doing the same thing all over again this series. grrr *frustrates*

Sadly hers
was the best of all the fake oirish.
I never understand ham shanks and their TV. They will get the most piss poor actor to do a foreign accent before they will actually employ one of the thousands of ex pats struggling to make it in Hollywood.

Of course she's heard of it
she is no doubt 120% oirish, the same as every Hamerican you talk to. " my family is from the old country, it's where they make the leper corns you know?"

weird thing is
they've got a yank doing a passable 19th century english (despite being in the 18th) and then get two english actors to be irish!
still.

still.
17th century wasn't it? And I think the English was early 1920s more than anything as well.
That just made me wonder if Americans have any concept of time or history at all.

1780 something i thought
so 18th
either way slightly wrong accent for the period. not to mention he's managed to become fluent in Japanese in less than ten years with no teaching.
series two gets off to a slow start, but the writer's strike kicks it right in the chuff in the second half. so infuriating.

1671
Also according to my history the feudal, war samurais in full armour, period ended at the very start of the 17th century. So it would be more than likely that they would have rifles instead.
Also also, if you look at the dates of Kensei's birth and death in series 1 they don't actually match up with the second series at all.

he's a legend though
known to get their facts wrong from time to time
and he's an immortal so the dates are totally wrong

REALLY annoying
though not quite as dodgy an accent as her recently deceased brother (who i think was in fight club?). Why doesn't sylar have his powers back? annoying not having a defined baddy. when is hiro gonna stop fucking about in the past and do awesome stuff? so many questions, only so much time before writers strike

right
the reason for sylar's power loss becomes known
the non-defined baddy is deliberate i think, to stop it becoming too stereotypical comic bookesque
soon my son, soon
but i think you've overlooked some important stuff
