If that is the full version then yes, mine was... well, not entirely legal so if it's now freeware I don't feel so guilty.

EDIT: Actually having checked I have version 5 so probably still not legal but I'm sure v2 is a good place to start.

it's almost as if the Gimp has been entirely, if tacitly, ruled out. I had an aneurysm the last time I tried to animate using the Gimp, but that was a good long time ago.
