I first read about b3ta when the web was a baby and I'd just upgraded from a commodore amiga to a 386dx. It was just as cool back then.

EDIT: Was about 10 years ago coz i remember it took ages to refresh and i had to run away from my flat in moss side coz my phone bill was in high 3 figures.

edit: not to say wiki is always right, but if it says rob founded it in 2001 chances with this being on the interwebs and full of thoes capable of changing it if it was a mistake i'd be inclined to believe it was 2001.

gadgets, gaz's and other stuff were on there. It was just one board for posting pic on and a front page. Its not outside the realm of possibility that it was sort of re-started or relaunched. Ive gazzed rob anyway. I await his wisdom with anticipation.
