The pink isn't actually that hard. You just select the area and then run a pink paintbrush over it at about 40% ocaquisity.
The writing and logo were nicked as a graphic from the site and I just used distort (in the edit dropdown menu) and play around with it til it looks right.

So I rely on humour and knowledge instead.
Have a look on the net for tattyshop tutorials, there's so many great little things in tattyshop that you don't at first see. Like on the layer meny, right click on a layer and select blending options and play around with what you find in there.
