# Goodness gracious
what an image to open b3ta on....

Morning all. My neck STILL hurts, even after judicious application of massages and hot baths. Captain is broken!

Having said this, I am wearing a dress. On jeans day at work. Don't look out of place at all.

If nobody else has seen that documentary, I am actually making sense at this juncture. For once.

# To my housyship please.
I have no idea, it's just been like this for about a week. It's not too bad today, I can actually turn my head left a little bit (20 degrees?) but on the bad days I can't at all. It's either right or forward.

# sounds shit ... and the bloody medical professionals won't help...
Do you have whisk(e)y in the house? I'd recommend hot toddys, but with plenty of cinnamon and a wee scrapping of nutmeg. I have a super special secret recipe that I would be prepared to share with you if you think it would help.
