I am liking that muchly
but I seem to be experiencing issues with trying to save pics of yours that I like... everything comes up as an untitled bitmap, even animations.
Ah well, gotta cludge it!

I had that problem
You on XP? Try emptying your Temporary Internet Files folder
(Tools > Options, then the Delete Files button)
Happens when it's too full, according to Microsoft.

I used to get that problem
with a bit of playing about found it was an incorrectly installed plugin, so i deleted all my plugins, and it hasn't happened since.

you haven't
just installed "zone alarm" have you? (or any such software?) There's a neat trick they pull which disables Adverts and also anything animated and lots of Jpgs... It took me ages to find out what had happened to my system...just a thought....
Woo! to the picture though... They all look like it's a normal thing to do and there's no danger...

thank you...
i'm being a tad sneaky with the way i'm linking to my pics... putting them directly on my site was killing my bandwidth so i point them at eclectech, then eclectech redirects out to an msn group... if you copy the eclectech location into your address bar you should get the true current location and then you should be able to save ok... not totally bizarre... having the direct link to my site means if msn goes titsup i can just change the redirect to another location but the b3ta links still work... :-)

how are you redirecting images?
I'd like to move some pics to another directory is there a way to do it so i don't have to copy everything?

it's a bizarre combination of a custom 404 set in a htaccess file...
which is actually a php file that reads through a text redirect file... so if the requested url matches it sends a redirect else it sends a 404...
set up so that i can move b3ta pics around into different folders (and different web servers) without having a major link maintenance issue...
if this doesn't make sense i can send you the stuff... email me her AT the domain you would expect :-)

That's probably it
MSN has sneaky code that stops it if you include it in the full URL... check the MSN FAQ (I dunno where it is) and see if you can pull it out?
Thanks for all the other suggestions, but they was all wrong. :-)

ah... it's a browser thing...
when i do a "save image as" in mozilla it works fine... when i do it in ie it barfs... but if you put the eclectech location in the ie address bar and let it redirect to msn you seem to be able to File... Save As... and get the pic...
