tossersthe halls i lived in two years ago had MASSIVE windows in the living room/kitchen of each flat in blocks opposite each other, so within weeks people had started putting things up either in conversation with each other or competition. the uni decided that the best thing to do was allow it, but said we couldn't have flags as they may cause offence (not that anyone paid a blind bit of attention)
