It was brill!

# Is it 3rd series joke heavy?
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:40, archived)
# No!
I was expecting to see "tv stuff done live", but was pleasently surprised.

# Oh thank fuck
you've made an old woman very happy.

# £12 for a programme!!
But you do get Boosh crayons, Boosh tattoos and Boosh stickers.

# This is also partly the reason I don't want to go
They are money whores and it annoys me greatly.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:49, archived)
# This as well is part of my argument below.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:51, archived)
# I got annoyed at their website that was charging people a fee to get to a "special" area of the website
And quite a high one at that.

(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:53, archived)
# Yeah, that fucked me off too.
Like they haven't got enough money to be getting on with. FFS.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:54, archived)
# They are amusing though. :D
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:56, archived)
# Less so now.
Like the whole Zappalet thing. She might be his daughter, but she can't act for shit. Why the fuck is she there?

It may as well just be called 'Noel 'I'll snog a 16 year old so long as it's a Geldof' Fielding and his Celebrity Chums, also featuring this chap from Leeds and that guy from the Stereophonics/Mike Fielding'.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:58, archived)
# Haven't they been like that since they got the TV series though?
Julian Barrett I love, but I would happily see Noel Fielding fall over and graze his knee really badly!
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 11:01, archived)
# Yes, the "bring me mates in forra laugh" is all fine and good
If you are not charging extortionate prices to allow people to see them.

I think the advantage I have is that I get to see the DVDs and am mostly shielded from the chat show/guest stars muggery that passes for entertainment on UK TV.

edit: And Naboo's/Michael Fielding's shit acting was endearing for a while but now he seems to be acting badly on purpose..

editedit: But I can't get enough of Bob Fossil.

# He's good in the show .
Don't sell yer tickets....unless you can't make it, due to living in Germany, of course.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 11:08, archived)
# I can't make it due to not having money for the flight and hotel
Not due to living in Germany

# Took stepdaughter.
She wanted one. When I asked how much, I nearly dropped through the floor!!
But it's not ust a pamphlet.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:51, archived)
# What is it then?
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:52, archived)
# M&S Pamphlet in red wine and caper sauce.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:52, archived)
# gah!
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:54, archived)
# I don't need any of those things.
I'm not sure if I'll get any merch. If we'd gone to the gig last year when we bought the tickets, then yeah, but I'm not sure how much I like Boosh any more, really. They seem to be listening to all their own hype and getting rather remarkably self satisfied. However I'm probably just being fickle again.

# ^ this with golden trumpets on
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:51, archived)
# Boosh Braces £4.
The only thing which was worth it.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:52, archived)
# Braces is quite a good merch item.
I want Fathoms wallets, when we do ours.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:53, archived)
# Can you please make them so that money and credit cards actually fit in them
and the wallet actually fits into pockets too?
Ta.
(, Mon 20 Oct 2008, 10:57, archived)
# Will do.
