That's Italian but does the best breakfast a man could want. ( and they are a family business with 3 nice daughters too. I wonder if i ever really went for the food )

half a bloomer split cut into two uber slices then filled with (in this order), salami, dried toms, mozzarella, fresh toms, salt, pepper, fresh basil leaves and then another layer of salami. stick in the george forman for a minute or two.
