Me Dad once ate sea cucumber and whale blubber
while on a business trip to China.
He said it was like eating clotted spunk.

I'm not a big fan of fish beyond tuna and the main white fish (cod, etc. )
but I love molluscs and crustaceans.
I can eat clams, scallops, cockles, mussels, crab, lobster, langoustines ( crayfish ), razor clams and prawns ( especially big tiger prawns ) until they are dribbling from my nose and my eyes register full.

I agree shellfish is superior to fish.
Although I am a big fan of salmon and trout as well.

I'm a big trout/salmon fan although only if I cook it myself. ( I'm a sucker for smoked salmon though )
