I keep meaning to ask: did you put a © (C) Copyright 2008 Barbarossa on it?I think there are certain copyright rights that you forfeit, if you publish it without a © mark.
("Copyright" actually being a collection of various different rights).
I'm no expert, but perhaps I'll wander over to Wikipedia and see whether they explain it better...

No, sometimes I tag it with a watermark to say that I made it...Calling it a copywright is a bit iffy, considering I've used elements from other pics found on google image search that may or may not be copyrighted themselves...
(It's a bit of a grey area, best thing is to try not to make a fuss about it and hope no-one else does)
