# I keep meaning to ask: did you put a © (C) Copyright 2008 Barbarossa on it?
I think there are certain copyright rights that you forfeit, if you publish it without a © mark.

("Copyright" actually being a collection of various different rights).
I'm no expert, but perhaps I'll wander over to Wikipedia and see whether they explain it better...

# No, sometimes I tag it with a watermark to say that I made it...
Calling it a copywright is a bit iffy, considering I've used elements from other pics found on google image search that may or may not be copyrighted themselves...

(It's a bit of a grey area, best thing is to try not to make a fuss about it and hope no-one else does)

# C'est magnifique!
On the subject of lamb...

Why is it that most people (who eat meat) are quite fine with the idea of eating sheep that are less than 12 months old i.e. lamb, but at the same time are morally opposed to eating cows that are less than 12 months old i.e. veal?
(, Tue 9 Dec 2008, 11:46, archived)
# Most people think like that?

I don't.

# it's not the age that counts it's the way they're treated
Lambs spend their lives gambolling on fields in the sunshine.

Veal-calves spend their lives locked in a crate unable to move.

I'm also quite confused, though, as to why we don't eat mutton in the UK. It's bloody gorgeous, and we don't get to eat it!
