Yanks aren't born with themand spend lots of money achieving that look.
I believe a lot of people in the UK don't like to spend lots of money on their teth and rely on the National Health Service for their dental needs and I don't believe the National Health service's priority is giving people white, straight teeth due to the expense.

But to be fair...If your a hardworking good citizen then the NHS don't pay for much to do with you teeth at all.
You have to NOT be paying into the system to NOT have to pay again when you use it!!! Fuckin benefit state...

Ooh, and who decided that my teeth are any less imprtant than any other part of me?!?
I can get an ingrown toenail done on the NHS, but an agonising Abscess?!? No, you must pay!!!
Unless of course you are a worthless dolite sponger and then everything is free... and by free I mean paid for by me and all the other tax paying fools...
