Bingo night live allows us to revel in the ludicrous sight of a man reading out numbers on live television for several hours as entertainment. I've seen it a few times when I come in from a night out and it always makes me feel good.

What you need is a Virtual Dub mod
Open the .vob file on the DVD you're after and edit to taste. This should be it :)
