if you've got parkinsons i cant imagine that you can be a very accurate surgeon. in fact i'm rather worried for your patients and think you should seek help. in fact, i am going to ask for your name so i can talk to the general medical council and have you struck off because it cant be right that someone with shakeyhands parkinsons is trying to cut people open because if you shudder and miss what might happen?

or do you really mean "parkin sons" ie that you have crafted homemade children out of aloveable gingery cake type thing?
