Sounds like an infestation of House FairiesThey borrow stuff, you know.

House Fairies, you say?I'll have to release a pack of hobgoblins into the house to kill teh fairies. Then , when that's done, a few manticores to eat teh hogoblins. then all I have to do is drain teh central heating, and the mantiors will freeze to death, and bobs-your-ungle, no more mythological infestations.
