good "life motto" normally i ask myself "do i need this?" the answer is always no i think the 2nd question will be "will it make me happy?" Thank you for your enlightened knowledge :D

I used to cycle alot until something went crunch
and i could just about walk - fast forward about 2 years i started to start cycling again and my leg bent the wrong way walking up the stairs at work - feeling better now (touch wood *taps head*) - where did that phrase originate?
