# I block my drafts with Blu-Tac and pestilence.

# hmmm
Now I'm never one to shy away from inappropriate humour. I've never said "too soon" in my life except in irony. But please explain how this is funny?

# Comedy Gold, that's what it is.
Pure comedy gold, right there.

# crystal. :D
every now and then, its interesting to 'push the boundaries'.. and to see the reaction to this tragedy, apposed to say, jade goody, or the bush fires, or the plane crash - where more people have died..
(, Thu 26 Feb 2009, 9:49, archived)
# Sorry, didn't mean to flounce overly.
Just find it rather tragic.
Edit: Not because of who he *is*, more that he's lost his son.
(, Thu 26 Feb 2009, 9:55, archived)
# No apology necessary.
I too find it tragic. But its a sad dark ugly world outside.. and if you don't make light of these things, we would all go mad.
(, Thu 26 Feb 2009, 10:02, archived)
# I agree, that's a very good point.

# an image
portraying the decease son of an UK politician being used as a draught excluder.
(, Thu 26 Feb 2009, 9:17, archived)
# and why are people upset
(, Thu 26 Feb 2009, 9:20, archived)
# Because it's cruel without being funny.
At least that's my take on it. If the kid had a name that rhymed with draught excluder or door snake or something then I'd be laughing my arse off!
(, Thu 26 Feb 2009, 9:23, archived)
# ^ This
Edit: * Evidently needs far more jokes about forest fires.
Edit: and cunts.

the poor child needed 24 hour care, and got the best care they could provide by all accounts.

no leaving him alone while they ate tapas for this child

# There are many shades of black humour..
This is probably as dark as you will get.. Though I have seen bucket loads of 'bad taste' gags on here.

Obviously in reality, nobody would ever use their dead baby, spasticated or not, to exclude a draft.
