I dunno, they charge for every small service already, doesn't it make sense for them to charge for the loo?
You already have to pay in some of the larger train stations etc.

Oddly in Londinium, you have to pay at Kings Cross, but walk 500 yards down the road to Euston you DON'T have to pay.
