Aww I missed ithe's a food scientist I read about him in an interview in The Metro you'd think most people would not even attempt to eat fermented shark - but he did and it cause a 'violent reaction' - he doesn't say what violent reaction but I image it involved a diver, a helicopter, and a bridge.

I was watching an interviewwith him yesterday on Paul O'Grady and I felt really bad for him. A few people have become ill after eating at his restaurant, and they have been doing tests on absolutely everything in the restaurant but to no avail.
He, off his own back, closed the restaurant and looked like he was about to burst into tears yesterday :(
