Extraordinarily busy today, sadly - but I'm in the 'zone' as I believe it to be called.
Which is good. And you, are you well?

# Still the same thing as last week? Oh, you poor love.
I'm alright- this week's going to be a shedload of poobiscuits, but I'm just going to get on with it and then it'll be over soon. That's the plan, anyway.

# Oh, this is a whole new circle of hell.
I wouldn't have thought it possible, but it's nice to be proved wrong so consistently.

I say up as in straight up, not as in Leeds or anything. Being on top of a hill in the wind is no good.

# Man, how do you do these?
(, Mon 9 Mar 2009, 12:12, archived)
# It's a few different 3D packages, model building in one, some extra objects in the second
and them assembly in the 3rd, and render out from there. Takes a bit of time, but it's fun to muck with.

Here's a riff on something I was messing with last week, it's big, so mind out:

1.6MB

# I tried Lightwave once.
After three hours pissing about with it I felt like someone had pulled out my brain, shallow fried it in petrol and then punched it back into my head through one of my ears.

Two dimensions is enough for me. In fact, a lot of my work struggless to make it to two.

Nice explosurage, though.
(, Mon 9 Mar 2009, 12:28, archived)
# I couldn't agree more about Lightwave,
I know it does some awesome things, but it's a real battle to get to grips with it.
I've sort of got to the bumpers of what I'd like to do, so tinkering is very much the order of the day.

And a good way to prevent my carpal tunnel syndrome getting any worse.
