pfft
I only saw the first episode of Horne and Corden last night for the first time. I thought it was quite dood. I especially liked Corden's Ricky Gervais impression.

I didn't see it.
Was his impression being equally unfunny?

it was a parody
so, erm, errh - what was the question?

He isn't.
The Office was only funny until you realise that's actually what he's like.

I don't know anyone who thought The Office was hilarious
Where ARE all these people that made it "Britain's best comedy since Fawlty Towers", 'cos I haven't met them!?

I thought it was utterly fantastic
I still do. It was zeigeisty at the time which gave it the accolades, but like any kind of high, it wears off very quickly

That quote applies more to Spaced
shirley.

I'd somewhat agree with you there
While I like Spaced a lot and find it quite funny and quotable it's nowhere near being one of Britain's best comedies. I'll submit dinnerladies as an unjustifiably forgotten gem.

Fair enough.
I would put it up there with the best and I never saw dinnerladies. Was it really that good?

Dinnerladies was written by Victoria Wood, who's a stupidly funny woman
I bought the boxset for about a tenner on Play.com and it's easily the biggest bargain I've got. I thought it was hilarious in a madcap, farcical, way
