My wrist hurts and it's not because of wanking because it's my right wrist and I'm left handed.

It might be RSI or an inflamed tendon or muscle, cold compress and Ibuprofen

God, no. Throw them away, they do more harm then good. I had one and it is partly why I have CTS

If it doesn't feel swollen, use a hot compress and paracetamol

yes does, if you place your fingers the other way round, you can't play the right notes

I didn't think so, until I tried playing with my right hand at the top and my left on the bottom, just doesn't work. Put my left at the top and my right on the bottom and I could play perfectly
