Seriously. Cafepress and the like are not worth a wank. You can buy 100 fruit of the loom t-shirts for around a pound a piece if you want to do t-shirts too.

I used a screen printer for the first batch of QD shirts
Only problem is maintaining a spread of sizes, styles and colours. Hence I set up a RedBubble store - it has a lot more colours and styles than I could afford to keep in stock.
