# nice work on the contextfree there!
i really ought to send them my python cf editor some time, but i keep adding features so it never works

# ooh
what features does it do when it works?
(, Tue 5 May 2009, 22:07, archived)
# so far i've tried to lay off features
as that is one of the things that annoys me about cfdg-fe, it's obtuse. my one has code highlighting, error navigation (you click on a compile error and it jumps to that point in the code, visual studio-style), and dockable windows

i can send you a link when it's next stable, if you like. there's an early version here

# ah
I am on windows, so I don't know if I have the same editor.
I will have a look when I install Pyton, cheers!

# the windows editor is really quite nice
i wouldn't worry about mine unless you want a bit of a headache, tbh :)

# heheh ok.
What I'd really like is extensions to the language so you can switch between object and world relative values, so you can branch objects off which alway point down the screen, say. but that might be missing the point of it.
