the best approach is to trim off as much hair as you possibly can, and then use a womans leg razor (daisy razors are the best, but I don't know if you can get them outside the US) to get the rest.
Personally, though, I like a little fuzz. If I wanted to be with someone smooth and soft I'd have a woman.
