Everyday is Caturday!I just came the closest I've ever been to throttling a guest!
I had to explain seven times that when the person in their room checked out I would have an extra key for them.
The spacktard seem very worried that he would not be able to get into and out of the room as he didn't have a key. This would be well and good if he was sharing with his friend that I'd already, and he was fully aware of this, given a key to.
I then have to repeatedly explain that even though I'd let them check in early that didn't entitle them to breakfast they hadn't paid for as he hadn't stayed yet.
I then repeatedly had to explain that there were drinks available and what they were which resulted in me having to repeatedly explain that he couldn't help himself to anything in the fridge as it belonged to other people when he opened the fridge and started helping himself.
Alarm bells started going off when he called me to ask directions from Subways and it took him ten minutes to find us with the directions, 'It's the white door next to Subways with 'O'Callaghan's Youth Hostel' Written on it.'
